2. Are walk-ins allowed? Yes, walk-ins are allowed on a first come first serve basis however appointments will be honored and given reference to. 

3. Can I get a same day appointment? Yes, we will try our best to accommodate you at our convenience.

Billing and insurance: 

1. What medical aids do you accept? To be confirmed.

2. How do I pay my bill if I am not on medical aid? Cash payments or card payments are accepted.

Prescriptions and Medications: 

1. Can I request a prescription online? Yes, known patients for repeat scripts can be requested and sent online. 

Accessibility: 

1. Are your facilities wheelchair accessible? Yes. 

2. Can I bring a friend or family member with me to my appointment. Yes, most definitely. We put our patients needs first. 
 

3. Do you have parking available? Yes, we have safe secured parking that doesn't require any parking fee. 

Telephone and communication: 

1. Can i communicate with my doctor via email or any online platform? Yes you may call your doctor during working hours or contact her via email/whatsapp. 

2. How do I access blood results? All blood results will be sent via email and whatsapp and the doctor will discuss if any problems need attention.
